General Ledger Staff Accountant
Full time - Starting Pay: negotiable
Qualified candidates should have a background in accounting or finance and should be strongly self motivated.
Job Duties:
- Reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts and journal entries
- Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial statements
- Managing payable and receivable accounts
- Inventory management including monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Building and maintainging relationships with vendors
Required Skills:
- 4-year degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office productivity tools
- Experience with QuickBooks
Preferred Skills:
- In depth knowledge of the Internet including e-mail, search engine functionality, and e-commerce
