General Ledger Staff Accountant
Full time - Starting Pay: negotiable

Qualified candidates should have a background in accounting or finance and should be strongly self motivated.

Job Duties:

  • Reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts and journal entries
  • Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial statements
  • Managing payable and receivable accounts
  • Inventory management including monitoring and maintaining stock levels
  • Building and maintainging relationships with vendors

Required Skills:

  • 4-year degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks

Preferred Skills:

  • In depth knowledge of the Internet including e-mail, search engine functionality, and e-commerce
