Customer Care Consultant:
Full time - Starting Pay: $9-11/hour depending on experience

Sunset Internet Marketing, Inc. is a fast-paced, fast growing Internet retailer seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team! We retail hair care, hair loss and beauty related items worldwide through the Internet. Main duties include handle inbound customer service telephone calls and emails. Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task in a huge way. Candidates must also possess great organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem solving and math skills.

MANDATORY attributes for qualified candidates:

• A consistent, detailed work history for the last 5 years
• A high school diploma
• 2 years of college
• Proven Sales and/or Marketing background
• Strong email etiquette
• Strong computer skills, especially comprehension of the Internet, Web Browsers, and email
• Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Access, Word)
• Proven professional telephone skills and proven communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or related position

Job Duties:

• Answering multi lined phones
• Possessing the ability to give consultations both via email and by telephone consistently and constantly during the workday
• Taking inbound sales calls
• Quickly navigating company Internet and Intranet web sites
• Extensive use of MS Office products
• Shipping related functions such as packaging customer orders, typing accurate shipping labels, and restocking shelves
